Tactile Reaction Training Lab
Well-Being in the Science Classroom
The TACTILE REACTION TRAINING (TRT) program improves body awareness, increases limb flexibility and refines tactile sensorimotor skills. Through partner training, in which the participants make physical contact which each other, partners are taught how to execute movement patterns that the initiator specifies while constantly maintaining pressure.
During the training, participants are shown how to maintain tension while succumbing to the partner’s pressure.
Flexibility and Resilience are taught, and skills such as ...
- Concentration
- Cooperation
- Teamwork
- Trust-Building
... are strengthened, as the excercises are difficult to perform successfully without this.
